~$100-$500+/ month per vehicle

Vehicle's location, individual needs, and type of vehicle will determine the cost. Price includes: comprehensive asset optimization- treating each asset like an investment with end-to-end handling. Platinum Members receive a lot of these services included in membership. Full portfolio monitoring (depreciation tracking, market conditions, analytic reports), advanced reporting, sustainability consulting (e.g. EV transitions), risk management, preparing assets for liquidation & more.

Yacht/Boats

~$500-$1000+/ month per vessel

Vessel's location, individual needs, and type of vessel will determine the cost. Price includes: comprehensive asset optimization- treating each asset like an investment with end-to-end handling. Platinum Members receive a lot of these services included in membership. Full portfolio monitoring (depreciation tracking, market conditions, analytic reports), advanced reporting, sustainability consulting, risk management, preparing assets for liquidation & more.

Jet/Plane Services

~$1500-$5000+ / month per aircraft

Aircraft's location, individual needs, and type of vessel will determine the cost. Price includes: comprehensive asset optimization- treating each asset like an investment with end-to-end handling. Platinum Members receive a lot of these services included in membership. Full portfolio monitoring (depreciation tracking, market conditions, analytic reports), advanced reporting, sustainability consulting, risk management, preparing assets for liquidation & more.

Brokerage and Disposal Services

We handle the prep, displaying, photographing, describing, listing, and negotiating of all assets.

With our in house detailing businesses we are able to prep your assets for sale, professionally document them, immediately after detailing, and post them wherever they get the most exposure. All while keeping complete control of quality and execution. Taking the headache out of everything (~$500-$2,000 for appraisals, paperwork, or shipping. -International +$1,000).

Yachts/Boats

1.5%-4%

With our in house detailing businesses we are able to prep your assets for sale, professionally document them, immediately after detailing, and post them wherever they get the most exposure. All while keeping complete control of quality and execution. Taking the headache out of everything (~$1,000-$5,000 for appraisals, paperwork, or shipping. -International +$5,000).

Storage & Concierge Services

Already own a commodity or several that have storage needs? Need to change storage facilities? We operate in a 300 mile radius of Cincinnati, and partner with local business to limit transport distances and risk, keep you close to your assets, and to add value to your storage costs each year. Let us handle it for the Platinum Experience.

Basic Storage Services

~$300-$500+/ month per vehicle

Includes: Secure facilities, basic upkeep of batteries- tire pressures- fluid checks etc., limited reporting (e.g. monthly status updates on check ins). Book your storage needs through us, and we will source your storage facility and give you everything above.

Concierge Level Storage Service

~$500-$1,000+/ month per vehicle

Includes all Basic Storage needs: Plus- Vehicle "exercise" (periodic & limited driving by licensed professionals to maintain mechanics) transport/delivery (e.g. to airports or events) and on demand access. Schedule maintenances/repairs, keep up with insurance and compliance, event valet remote monitoring options (e.g. set up cameras with apps you can use on the go), basic reporting and advisory (value and condition but no deep market analysis/predictions).

Platinum Level Storage Service

$1,000+/Month Per Vehicle

This is comprehensive asset optimization- treating each asset like an investment with end-to-end handling. Platinum Members receive a lot of these services included in membership. Full portfolio monitoring (depreciation tracking, market conditions, analytic reports), advanced reporting, sustainability consulting (e.g. EV transitions), risk management, preparing assets for liquidation.

Yacht/Boat Storage Services

$500-$5000/ month per vessel

Price depends heavily on needs, time of year, type of vessel, and location. We operate in a 300 mile radius of Cincinnati, and partner with local business to limit transport distances and risk, keep you close to your assets, and to add value to your storage costs each year. Acquisition & Sourcing Services

Need help finding, negotiating and buying your next asset? Use our services and let our in house mobile detailing companies immediately add value to what you are buying as part of the service. First detail is on us. Cost % is of total value of asset.

Luxury Cars/Collectables

$1,000-$5,000

Price depends heavily on rarity of the vehicle. Certain vehicles will be billed on a percentage. Call to Submit a search. Vehicle sourcing requires 50% deposit with the remaining paid after the deal is done. non refundable if deal cannot be made. (Does not include third party surveyors, will consult before use.)

Boats/Yachts

1.5%-3%

Price depends on rarity of the vessel. Cost includes: travel to inspect, negotiate and buy the vessel. Planning/Scheduling the transport, the vessels restoration/customization/detailing needs, and the delivery of the vessel. (Does not include third party transportation or broker fees, will consult before use.) Cost is out of total value of the asset. ($2,000 minimum cost for these services) Call to Submit a search. Sourcing requires 50% deposit. Non refundable if deal cannot be made.

Jets/Planes

Price depends on rarity of the aircraft. Cost includes: travel to inspect, negotiate and buy the aircraft. Planning and scheduling the transport/flight of the aircraft to its required destination to receive restoration/customization/detailing needs, and the delivery of the aircraft. (Does not include third party pilot, transportation or broker fees, will consult before use.) Cost is out of total value of the asset. ($5,000 minimum cost for these services) Call to Submit a search. 50% deposit.

Commercial Equipment/Fleets

2%-6%

Price depends on number of units in acquisition and if they are new or used (e.g. new units with a large orders receive a lower percentage than those in need of used units with larger orders.) Cost includes: travel to inspect, negotiate and buy the units planning and scheduling the transport of the units to its required destination to receive restoration/customization/detailing needs, and the delivery of the units. Call to Submit a search. Full sourcing requires 50% deposit.

Our Memberships are tailored to the individuals needs. We have a base membership price paired with service needs. List price is Membership cost only. Membership choice depends on the amount of assets you have, and their level of needs.
